CONTINUING EDUCATION ADVERTISING:  If you are advertising a continuing education course, the advertisement must state the source and status of the credit at the time the ad is submitted. Psychologists and those who imply they are a psychologist must include their license number when advertising on the Orange County Psychological Association’s website. Psychologists who, by state law, are not required to be licensed (i.e. academic, out of state and not practicing in California), must include an appropriate credential.

OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT:  Advertisements or ads linking to sites with material deemed “objectionable” by the Orange County Psychological Association will not be accepted. The Orange County Psychological Association advertising policies regarding discrimination apply to website banner and classified ads as well. Please review these policies before placing an order for any advertisement.

WEB AD OPTIONS

There are four types of advertising styles:  Job Bank, Website Classified, Banner, or Side Box Advertising.  Although the side boxes seem small you can link them to your website.

The payment options are graduated for Banner and Side Bar in such a way that purchasing a full year's worth gives you a good pricing advantage. You have to provide the advertising in a "ready for posting format".

ADVERTISING RATES

JOB BANK ADVERTISING: There is no charge to post listings of job searches or job offerings. Listings are posted upon review.  Listing copy must be typewritten via e-mail only. View the Job Bank section HERE.

WEBSITE CLASSIFIED:  Prices are monthly. Advertisements are posted upon review and payment processing.The cost is $50 per ad per month. Number of words is not that important, but the recommended length is 50 words or less. All Classified ad copy must be typewritten via e-mail only.   No advertisements will be taken over the phone. As a OCPA membership benefit, OCPA members may post Classified ads free of charge. 

BANNER AND SIDE BOX ADVERTISING: Prices are below, and there are no additional pay-per-click fees. The Orange County Psychological Association rotates Banner advertisements. The Banner ads are exclusively in the left part of our banner and will display on any page with the OCPA graphic of the homepage.  We do not expect to put more than 4 ads at any one time, so your ad will display frequently. Affiniscape must place the advertising on the website for us, therefore, you must provide any links to your web page prior to sending it to us.
